Appointments are available Monday-Friday    9.30am - 7.30pm 

All sessions are 1 hour

I understand how busy people's lives can be and will try my best to fit sessions in around your commitments. I am also more than happy for you to bring support to your session.

There is often an assumption that counselling "should" be weekly. Both the regularity and frequency of sessions can have an impact on outcomes but ultimately sessions have to be manageable financially, emotionally and practically, for you. Therefore I am happy to discuss your personal requirements throughout you course of therapy and to adjust sessions as required.

 Please don't forget your appointment. A late cancellation fee is payable for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
